Shipping is currently offered at a single flat rate, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. LILLAGREN products can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS. All orders up to $500.00 will be shipped without a signature required. LILLAGREN, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Domestic, United States: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and usually shipped within 48-72 hours of submitting the orders. Processing time may vary due to availability, weather and holidays.
You will receive notification when your order has shipped. This will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipped order. LILLAGREN is not responsible for delays in shipping time or delivery issues.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
International: Shipping may be available on a pre-approved basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for any new or previous shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and any item excluded by other terms of our return policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
